Meet Our Team: Honorine Koulanodji
Board Secretary Assistant
Honorine Koulanodji serves as the Board Secretary Assistant at Rescue for Life International. Based in N'Djamena, Chad, she functions as an essential administrative anchor for the organization, seamlessly bridging the gap between executive governance in the United States and impactful frontline outreach across global fields.

In her role, Honorine works in direct collaboration with Lucien Mbainaissem, the Board Secretary. Together, they form a cohesive administrative team that ensures rigorous operational compliance, meticulous record-keeping, and fluid organizational reporting. Her daily synergy with Mr. Mbainaissem allows the Board of Directors to maintain a clear, transparent, and up-to-date understanding of the organization's international developments and strategic needs.

As a multilingual professional fluent in Ngambaye and French, with a strong working knowledge of English, Honorine brings an authentic understanding of Central Africa's cultural and institutional landscapes. This diverse linguistic capability enhances her collaboration with the Board Secretary, enabling their office to seamlessly bridge communication gaps between grassroots communities, local governments, and the international board.

Honorine’s dedication to community advancement is backed by an advanced academic foundation in geography from the University of Moundou and a Master II from the University of Dschang in Cameroon. Her professional ethos is deeply rooted in public service; prior to her executive administrative role, she worked extensively on complex, national-level social data tracking initiatives—most notably helping coordinate census fieldwork and mapping projects aimed at protecting and monitoring school infrastructure in Chad.

Her unique dual perspective as a locally rooted Chadian professional ensures that the office of the Board Secretary is equipped with the precise, field-level context necessary to guide Rescue for Life’s international humanitarian investments safely and effectively.
