Pablo Andres Garcia Medrano

Pablo serves as the Executive Director of Rescue for Life International (RLI), overseeing strategic leadership, operational systems, and crisis response initiatives for the organization. Originally from Washington, D.C., Pablo was raised in a close-knit environment that instilled in him the core values of responsibility, deep empathy, and a life-long dedication to humanitarian service.

A proud graduate of Dr. Henry A. Wise High School, Pablo entered the workforce in 2018 within food service operations, establishing an early foundation of dependability and high-volume coordination. He later advanced into warehouse logistics, spending years mastering complex workflow management, inventory systems, time optimization, and cross-functional team leadership. Driven by the philosophy that life itself is a powerful classroom, Pablo’s professional trajectory stands as a powerful testament to the fact that corporate discipline and executive capability are forged through dedication and practical, hands-on growth.
